Your enquiry details

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, business name, email address, profile or website link and message are sent to FormSubmit for processing and email delivery to hello@pencilglow.com. We use these details to assess your enquiry, respond and agree a service scope. Email is handled through our Google Workspace account. FormSubmit processes the submission as our form delivery provider; see its privacy policy. You can also contact us directly by email.

Please share only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include customer lists, passwords or sensitive customer information in the Google profile check form.

AI chatbot and prepared answers

When you choose Ask AI and send a question, your question and up to four recent conversation messages are sent to our Cloudflare Worker and Workers AI to generate an answer. Cloudflare also processes technical request information, including your IP address, which is used for a basic rate limit. Messages are not included in our Google Analytics events.

The chat is kept in page memory while the page is open. We do not add a conversation database or log message text in our chatbot code. Cloudflare may retain service and technical data under its own policies. Processing may occur outside Singapore; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, customer lists or sensitive information. AI answers can be inaccurate; your quotation and attached terms confirm the agreed service.

Prepared answers are available without sending a question to Workers AI. You can also contact us directly by email or through the enquiry form. Declining website analytics does not prevent use of either chatbot option.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and three enquiry actions: clicking an Google profile check button, successfully submitting the enquiry form and clicking an email contact link. These actions indicate interest; they do not prove that an enquiry was received or a sale was made.

Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, approximate location and site activity. We exclude form entries, business names, profile links and email message contents from our Analytics events. Query strings and referring-page details are limited to recognised campaign labels and the referring website. Advertising features and automatic form/click measurement are disabled.

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you allow analytics. Your choice is saved on this device so that we can honour it on future visits. You can choose Essential only or change your choice below or through Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the enquiry tool.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Hosting and service providers

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and correspondence, including technical request information. Processing by service providers may occur outside Singapore.

For questions about your enquiry information or requests to access, correct or delete it, contact hello@pencilglow.com. We retain enquiry information as needed to respond, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
